Billing:
Our enrollment and billing is all electronic. For families with athletes enrolled in gymnastics classes, our registration system securely processes monthly tuition fees to the credit card saved to your account on the 1st of each month. Any requests to be dropped from class must be received in writing prior to the 15th of the month, in order to not be billed for the next month’s tuition. Evolving Salto’s recreational fees into a monthly tuition is a logical step towards delivering the best possible service to our families at the best possible price. This gives families the flexibility to enroll anytime and cancel by the deadline for the end of the month, smaller monthly payments (replacing larger lump-sum session fees), while providing no-hassle automatic monthly billing.
Tuition:
To determine monthly tuition, Salto calculated the number of classes offered on a specific day for the session and set our monthly pricing based on an average of four classes per month (over the course of the session).
Membership:
Effective July 1, 2020, Alberta Gymnastics Federation renewed its insurance policy for the 2020-2021 season with Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited. An AGF Membership and a signed Release of Liability Waiver and PIPA Form are required for every participant who enters the gymnasium.
One of the most exciting features of AGF’s renewed insurance policy is that AGF member clubs are now permitted to use trampolines for recreational gymnastics, drop-ins, or birthday parties as long as NCCP guidelines are followed. Gymnastics For All Participants no longer pay the full annual fee for membership if only registering in a Spring or Summer session. This decrease is aimed at helping to reduce the financial barrier for entry level participants. If they register for an additional session, only the difference will need to be paid for upgrading to the annual membership.
*Salto Gymnastics will post the appropriate AGF Membership Fee to participants’ accounts after registration, if the family hasn’t already done so.
For the Summer session, the Gymnastics For All AGF Membership Fee is $45.85. AGF Membership is non-refundable.

Families attending sessional classes may withdraw from the program 8 days or more prior to the start date with no penalty. If withdrawing within 7 days prior to the program start date, a $25.00 administration fee plus the cost of the first class will be levied. After the first class has begun, refunds will be granted only when Medical Circumstances arise or an Exceptional Personal Circumstance (such as a death in the family). Any requests to be dropped from class must be received in writing prior to the 15th of the month, in order to not be billed for the next month’s tuition. AGF Fees are nonrefundable at any time.
